"I was with Reyna for over 3 years and received nothing but the best service not just from her but her office staff as well. There were countless situations where Reyna displayed excellent customer service. One time, I was stuck in the middle of an ice storm in the evening and I thought that I had roadside assistance included in my premium but I didn’t. I called Reyna’s number and she picked up (mind you this was around 8pm at night). I explained my situation to her and she was able to immediately add roadside assistance to my policy to help me get out of the storm. This is just one of the countless examples of her and her staff’s excellent service. Reyna seems to really care about her customers and always tries to help them out. It’s a shame that the current insurance market prices only increase and doesn’t reward consistent customers. The only reason I’m switching is because I was able to find a cheaper premium, other than that I would still be with Reyna. I will always recommend friends and family to Reyna, and I encourage all new customers to get your insurance policy through Reyna and her office as they’re great!"

"Reyna is not just a good insurance agent—she’s a good person. I met her because she’s at every Animal Rescue League Event as a sponsor, handing out goodies for the dogs. She’s also at Ankeny Pride, which is super small and just starting out, so that is pretty awesome of her. She helped me switch seamlessly from my worthless insurance agent who never took my calls to her. She and her office always take my calls or call me right back. She even calls me proactively to make sure I don’t have any different needs for my policy when it renews. She’s the real deal."

"When we purchased our very first home in 2021, I went with Reyna’s State Farm office and I’m so glad we did! We had storm damage on our roof just months after we moved in, and I was scared about the process of filing a homeowners claim on a brand new home purchase, but they reassured me that the process would be easy and painless, and it was. Our new roof went on without a hitch and the claim was paid promptly. From car accidents to storm damage on our roof, they have always been helpful and polite and they take care of our needs very quickly. 10/10 definitely recommend!"
